Day 1

Breakfast : Scrambled eggs: 3 eggs, half a cup mushrooms, 1 tsp butter, 1 onion, salt and pepper
2 streaky bacon yum!!

Snack : 3 strawberries

Lunch: chicken and vegetable cutlets (5 nos) with yoghurt sauce. Cabbage, beans, carrots, mix greens, onions 150 grams of chicken mince, garam masala, red chilly powder, salt, lime juice, bacon fat, yoghurt, garlic powder

Dinner: chicken and vegetable cutlets (5 nos) cabbage, beans, carrots, mix greens, onions 150 grams of chicken mince, garam masala, red chilly powder, salt, lime juice, bacon fat

Exercise : Walked around a bit. Went grocery shopping and hence lifted "heavy things" on  my walk back home.

Verdict: I did pretty well today. Could do with a lot more protein. I will start tracking carb, protein and fat intake using fitday very soon.
